✅ Monday — 4 RFT Push Press & Air Bike/Row + AMRAP L-Sit

✅ Tuesday — Ring MU review + 10 RFT RMU/Cleans/DUs

✅ Wednesday — Heavy OH Squats + AMRAP OHS/Sit-ups

✅ Thursday — 5 RFT DLs/Burpees/Row or Run + Core

✅ Friday — EMOM Clean & Jerk + “Fran”

✅ Saturday — AMRAP Box Jumps & KBS
