Weightlifting Class
Already incorporating weightlifting in UAC’s Strength & Conditioning classes? Take your lifts even further with our dedicated weightlifting program! This class is designed for experienced athletes looking to refine their Olympic lifts and beginners wanting to learn the right techniques.
Whether you’re aiming to lift heavier or need to build a solid foundation, our program will complement your regular training and focus on form, technique, and strength. Led by Coaches Stefany and Chelsey, each class includes drills, accessory lifts, and progressive programming tailored to all skill levels.

• Skill development for Clean, Jerk, and Snatch
• Technique drills to improve form and safety

• Tuesday: 7:00 PM
• Thursday: 6:30 PM

Details:
The class starts on Tuesday, September 17th. The first two weeks will be used for individual analysis to determine overall strengths, weaknesses, and areas of improvement. Starting around the third week we will begin a 6-8 week progressive training, working on drills and skills, learning percentages, and programming additional homework. The Tuesday/Thursday classes will focus on one lift (Clean or Snatch) and the components of those lifts. The weekend will allow for more time on individual drills based on each athlete’s level.
