We have two fully stocked private showers. We also have workout towels, hair ties, and storage cubbies.

Open Gym hours are Monday to Friday 6:00 am to 10:00 pm; Saturday and Sunday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
2-hour (paid and free) street parking is abundant. There is a parking garage nearby.
Urban Athletic Club is one block from the Mt. Vernon/Convention Center Yellow/Green line.
