✅ Wednesday — Rowing review + Partner WOD Row/Snatch/PUs

✅ Thursday — Building Back Squat + AMRAP Box Jumps/Squats/Sit-ups

✅ Friday — 6 RFT Burpees over KB/Pull-ups/KB Carry

✅ Saturday — EMOM Snatches + 30-20-10 Snatch/Lunge/Sit-ups
