Monday: A Solid Start
Kick off your week with a bang as we dive into Monday’s workout lineup. We’ve got three challenging exercises lined up to get those muscles firing:

  1. Front Squats: Start with Front Squats to work on lower body strength and stability.
  2. Isometric Lunge Hold: This exercise will test your endurance and balance as you hold those lunges.
  3. Glute Bridge: Finish the trio with Glute Bridges, targeting your glutes and core.

But that’s not all! The real test comes with a seven-minute AMRAP of Toes to Bar and Thrusters. Get ready to push your limits and set the tone for the week.

Tuesday: Building Strength
On Tuesday, it’s all about building strength. Here’s what’s on the agenda:

  1. Bench Press: Strengthen your upper body with Bench Press.
  2. Deadlifts: Get ready for some serious lifting.

  1. Bulgarian Split Squats: Strengthen your lower body with Bulgarian Split Squats.
