Powerlifting – The Core of Strength

Our theme for this month’s Electricity Discipline is Powerlifting. Prepare to meet the kings of strength exercises: Deadlifts, Squats, Bench Press, and Overhead Press. Each week, we’re upping the intensity, focusing on building a rock-solid core, and enhancing your grip strength. Imagine the satisfaction as you feel your muscles engage and your power surge with every lift.

Ventilation – Breathe and Conquer

For our Ventilation System, think lighter weights, longer workouts, and a lot more breathing. This isn’t just about endurance; it’s about empowering your cardiorespiratory system, enhancing your stamina, and finding a rhythm in your breath that propels you forward.

Kettlebell Virtuosity – Unilateral Mastery

Kettlebells are not just weights; they’re your partners in sculpting and refining your physique. This month, expect an array of kettlebell maneuvers: swings, cleans, and snatches. And let’s not forget the Russian and American swings and Turkish get-ups. The focus? Technique and form. It’s not just about doing it; it’s about doing it right.
