24 Level ups, 10 new levels, 163 PRs

Hey Athletes!

Today, I am excited to share some fantastic news with you all. We just completed February’s programming, which included testing Squat Endurance and Lactic Threshold, and the results were outstanding!

I’m thrilled that 10 members improved their Squat Endurance level, and 6 entered their first scores.



Furthermore, 14 members improved their Lactic Threshold level, and 4 entered their first scores.




That’s 24 Level Ups in 4 weeks of programming! 

Here are some other highlights: 

    • 163 total PRs

    • 23 Bench Press PRs

    • 14 Clean PRs

    • 14 Deadlift PRs
