Monday to Sunday: A Journey Through Diverse Workouts

We’ve crafted a week of workouts that promise variety, challenge, and fun. We begin with gymnastics-inspired routines and steadily progress to functional strength training. Here’s a detailed breakdown:

  • Monday: We kick off with a strength focus of Pullups and then move to a conditioning workout of Pullups, Cleans, and Row/Bike/Ski.
  • Tuesday: It’s all about balance and control with Pistol Squats, Ring Dips, and Rowing.
  • Wednesday: Mid-week brings a high-energy combo of Med-ball Cleans and Burpee box jumps for cardiovascular and muscular endurance.
  • Thursday: Today, we perfect our Deadlift technique, emphasizing form and power. We finish with “Helen
  • Friday: We gear up for the weekend with a dynamic Push-up and Sit-up routine, targeting stamina and core strength.
  • Saturday: Start the weekend with a diverse range of functional movements, from Wall Balls, Bodybuilders, and Shuttle Runs, ensuring a full-body workout.
  • Sunday: Wrap-up the week with a partner workout!
