Our Electricity Discipline (i.e. Strength/Power) programming this week includes Week 2 of Deadlifting (decreasing the reps and increasing the load); Strict Press, and Cleans. Conditioning continues with the Ventilation theme (generally more breathing, lighter weight or longer workouts in general). Extra Credit this week has Running (which we’re testing in a few weeks!), Bodybuilding, and of course, mobility work.
