All new members at Urban Athletic Club begin with 1-on-1 training with one of our Onboarding Coaches, where you will go through 15 assessments to determine an overall fitness level.
The 15 categories are comprised of the following assessments:
Front Squat
Upper Body Pull
Lactic Tolerance
Deadlift
Upper Body Push
Upper/Lower Endurance
Weightlifting (Olympic Lifting)
Rings
Squat Endurance
Neuro & Core Endurance
Kettlebell
Flexibility
Running
Rowing
Aerobic Power Intervals
Your Coach will systematically take you through the testing in a pre-determined order to get an overall level. This level will help you determine how to customize each workout to your strengths and weaknesses while creating a linear path to progress over time.
