Kicks-off Monday, July 31!
We’re thrilled to launch a brand-new initiative designed with your wellness in mind — The 6-Week Healthy Habits Challenge! This is your chance to redefine your fitness journey, set new goals, and achieve them with the support of our fantastic community.
For this initial run, we are looking for 20 dedicated individuals ready to take their health and fitness to the next level. This is a fantastic opportunity to be the very first group to embark on this journey, shaping and sharing your experience for the future of our club.
The challenge starts on July 31.
Your commitment will involve adhering to a structured program for six weeks, focusing on exercise, nutrition, and mindfulness — the core pillars of a well-rounded healthy lifestyle. ????️♀️????????????♂️
Here’s what we will track:
- Food log (Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks)
- Water (daily)
- Exercise (daily)
- Sleep (starting week 3)
- Body Composition via InBody Scan.
Plus, there are weekly recipes, mini-challenges, and mindset reminders.
The best part is the camaraderie of others committed to making a change.
Each Monday at 1:00, a Zoom call will set your week.

Chalk It Pro (CHIP) is the app to track your daily records. Here you’ll enter your:
- Water, Food, and Workout logs
- Mid-week mindfulness
- Weekend walks
- Chat with others in ‘Chalk Talk’
- Record your InBody results
- View mini challenges
- View weekly recipes

InBody
The InBody Scan measures:
- Body weight
- Body fat
- Muscle mass
- Water weight
The scan takes 45 seconds and can be done independently, without a coach. For non-members, you can perform a scan Monday through Friday from 6 to 9 am, 12-1 pm, and 5 – 7 pm; Saturday and Sunday from 9 -11 am.
Here’s how you use the InBody scanner:
- Take off your socks and shoes.
- Step on the machine. The first measurement is your weight.
- Next, you’ll enter an ID. This should be your phone number.
- Next, you’ll enter your height, date of birth.
- The machine will audibly instruct you.
- In 45 seconds, you’re done. The results will print, and you’ll get the results texted to you.
