We’re thrilled to launch our new initiative designed with your wellness in mind — The 6-Week Healthy Habits Challenge! This is your chance to redefine your fitness journey, set new goals, and achieve them with the support of our fantastic community.

We are looking for dedicated individuals ready to take their health and fitness to the next level.

This is a fantastic opportunity to embark on a journey of building new habits and sharing your experience for the future of our club. The next 6-week challenge starts Sunday, January 14, 2024.

Your commitment will involve adhering to a structured program for six weeks, focusing on exercise, nutrition, and mindfulness — the core pillars of a well-rounded healthy lifestyle. 🏋️‍♀️🥦💤🧘‍♂️

Here’s what we will track:

  • Food log
  • Water
  • Exercise
  • Sleep
  • Body Composition via InBody Scan.

Plus, there are Weekly Recipes, Mini-challenges, and Mindset reminders. The best part is the camaraderie of others committed to making a change.

Each Friday there’s a group Zoom call to go over bright spots and hurdles, as well as answer questions.

No gym or equipment is required. You can participate wherever you’re located!
