Our Electricity Discipline (i.e. Strength/Power) programming this week includes Week 3 of Deadlifting (decreasing the reps and increasing the load); Pullups, and Back Squats.
Conditioning continues with the Ventilation theme (generally more breathing, lighter weight or longer workouts in general). Wednesday’s “Rocky Shore” is spicy!
Extra Credit this week has Running (which we’re testing in a few weeks!), Bodybuilding, and of course, mobility work. You can pick and choose the Extra Credit as you see fit.
