March Programming Results and Recap


March has been an incredible month for our UAC athletes! Their commitment and consistency have truly paid off, and we couldn’t be prouder of their progress. 💪🏋️‍♂️🏃‍♀️

📊 Individual assessments showed some fantastic results as well:

  • 39 athletes leveled up their Deadlift 💥
  • 23 leveled up in Running 🏃‍♂️

🏅 In total, we witnessed an astonishing 223 Personal Records set in March, including:

  • 23 Deadlift PRs 🏋️‍♀️
  • 17 Bench Press PRs 💪
  • 17 Front Squat PRs 🏋️‍♂️
