Terms & Conditions
By using the services of Urban Athletic Club Convention Center LLC (“UAC”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. UAC provides private training, group training, nutrition coaching, and open gym access, often in partnership with third-party wellness providers. Members are responsible for timely payments, adhering to cancellation and hold policies, and respecting guest and no-show policies. You may appear in background photos or videos taken in the gym, but any images featuring you as the main subject will only be posted with your consent. You can opt out of communications and request that no photos of you be shared. Participation in UAC activities involves inherent risks, and members agree to follow all safety guidelines. UAC reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with continued use of services indicating acceptance.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Urban Athletic Club Convention Center LLC (“UAC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms.
Our Role
Urban Athletic Club provides fitness and wellness services, including but not limited to:
Private training
Group training
Nutrition coaching
Open gym access
We may also partner with third-party services such as physical therapists, private trainers, and health assessment providers to offer a more comprehensive approach to health and fitness.
Payment Agreement
You agree to pay for the services you enroll in via our designated payment processor.
We accept debit/credit card payments, ACH transfers, and alternative payment methods such as cash, Venmo, and PayPal.
We will provide 30 days advance notice of any changes to membership or training fees.
You agree to cover any fees associated with failed or returned payments.
Communication
You consent to receive account-related and promotional communications via email or text.
You can opt out of marketing communications by unsubscribing from emails or replying “STOP” to text messages.
Membership Plan Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership with 30 days’ written notice submitted through our website.
If your next scheduled payment falls within this 30-day period, you will be charged as usual and may continue using our services until the period ends.
Example: If you submit a cancellation request on June 15th and your next billing date is July 1st, you will be charged on July 1st and have access to services through July 31st.
Membership Hold Policy
Membership hold requests must be submitted through our website at least five (5) business days before your next scheduled payment.
Holds are only available in 30-day increments and cannot be extended beyond the selected period.
Memberships on hold automatically reactivate once the hold period ends.
A 10% hold processing fee may be applied.
If you cancel your membership during the hold period, the 30-day cancellation policy still applies.
If you reactivate your membership after cancellation, current membership rates at the time of reactivation will apply.
No-Show Policy
Personal Training: To avoid charges, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session may result in a charge equal to 50% of the session cost.
Group Training: To avoid a $25 no-show fee, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Guest Policy
Open Gym: Each member may bring up to three (3) guests per month. All guests must register online before attending.
Personal Training: Guests may attend private training sessions at 50% of the standard training rate.
Group Training: Guests must have prior experience with strength and conditioning or CrossFit workouts. We ask that they refrain from attending for safety reasons if they do not.
Photo & Media Release
You acknowledge that you may appear in the background of photos or videos taken within the gym.
Any photos or videos in which you are the main subject will only be posted with your verbal agreement at the time they are taken.
If you do not wish for any photos or videos of you to be posted, you may request this via verbal or written notice, and we will not share them.
Liability Waiver
By participating in our services, you acknowledge and accept any inherent risks associated with fitness activities.
Urban Athletic Club is not responsible for any injuries, medical conditions, or damages resulting from participation in our programs.
You agree to follow all safety guidelines provided by our trainers and staff.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
