Whether you’re working on your running performance within UAC’s Strength & Conditioning classes or training elsewhere, level up your running with our dedicated Run Club! This fun group is designed for seasoned runners looking to refine their technique and beginners wanting to build endurance and confidence on the road.
The Run Club will help you work towards faster times, increase endurance, and improve your form. Our program will complement your regular training with structured runs, drills, and strength components as the season progresses. Led by Coaches Jeb and Phoebe, each session includes a mix of short and long runs, running techniques, and movement drills tailored to all levels.
What to Expect:
- Progressive programming for consistent running improvements
- Skill development in pacing, breathing, and running mechanics
- Technique drills to improve form, efficiency, and injury prevention

Runs: Vary in length and pace. All levels are welcome and no one is left behind.
Guests can change at our gym and leave their belongings at our space. We have changing rooms, showers, and water fountains.
