Celebrating Progress, PRs, and New Coaches
As September wraps up, it’s time to celebrate the hard work, progress, and exciting new additions to our community. This month, from smashing personal records to welcoming new faces, was packed with wins.
September Training Highlights
Themes, Assessments, and so many Levels!
This month, we focused on Weightlifting as our Electricity Discipline, spotlighting dynamic, strength-driven lifts. The System was Plumbing, which challenged us with muscular endurance work, while our Progression honed in on Weightlifting techniques (typically in the Weightlifting months, the Electricity Discipline and Progression are linked). We also mixed in some fun Benchmark workouts and ended the month with assessments in Weightlifting, Running, and Aerobic Power Intervals, pushing everyone to reach new heights.

Record-Breaking Month
September was a powerhouse of personal achievements, with 181 PRs set across the board! Here’s a breakdown:
- 53 Weightlifting PRs
- 10 Push Press PRs
- 29 Back Squat PRs
Our Level Method progression results were equally impressive:
- 15 Weightlifting level-ups
- 9 Aerobic Power Interval level-ups
- 14 Running level-ups
- 11 Overall level-ups
These results reflect your dedication, and we’re proud of your commitment to your fitness journey.
Welcome Our New Coaches!
We’re thrilled to announce that Coach Jeb, Coach Stefany, and Coach Chelsey have joined the Urban Athletic Club team! Each brings a unique background and energy to our coaching staff, and we’re excited to have them leading the charge as we continue to grow. Be sure to say hello when you see them in class!

By showing up regularly, putting in the work, and leaning into the support of our coaches and community, you’re making those 1% improvements that lead to long-term gains. Whether you hit a new PR or just made it through a tough workout, every step forward counts.
