January 2025 Programming Overview

As we enter 2025, it’s time to refocus, rebuild, and reignite your fitness journey. January marks the perfect opportunity to return to consistency after the whirlwind of the holiday season. Whether you’re looking to refine your technique, build strength, or get back to a solid routine, we designed this month’s programming to provide the structure, motivation, and community support you need to hit the ground running. We’re laying the foundation for a year of personal growth and fitness achievements, emphasizing strength progressions, stability, and comprehensive assessments.

Key Programming Highlights:

  1. Kickoff Date:
    • The January cycle begins on January 6, setting the tone for a strong start to 2025.
  2. Testing Week:
    • Scheduled for the week of January 27, members will focus on evaluating their progress in deadlift and rowing.
  3. Comprehensive Assessments:
    • Starting January 13, we’ll begin daily testing of one or two Level Method assessments. The objective is for every member to complete 100% of their Level Method assessments by the end of the month.
  4. Strength Highlights:
    • Weekly deadlifts, bench presses, and pull-ups.
    • 10 minutes of prep work focused on activation and proper mechanics before hitting the main lifts.
  5. Focus on Stability:
    • Stability is a new part of our monthly Themes. Stability isn’t just about one-leg balancing—it’s about joint control, deceleration, and isometric holds, all critical for injury prevention and performance enhancement.
  6. Routine and Consistency:
    • January is all about rebuilding routines after the holiday season. Consistent attendance is key to regaining momentum. This is Month 1, the foundation for your best year yet.
