February 2025 Programming Overview
February is all about power, precision, and performance. We’re now in Month 2 of our Winter Cycle, continuing to build strength and endurance as we progress through the season. This month, we focus on Weightlifting, dialing in the Clean and Snatch technique. We will build cardiorespiratory endurance through “Ventilation”-based workouts. Virtuosity focus is on Body weight movements (pull-ups, push-ups, pistol squats, and inversions). The fun workouts are Benchmark workouts. Our quality emphasis is on Range of motion to refine movement quality. Whether you’re looking to hit a new PR, improve aerobic capacity, or enhance flexibility, February’s programming is designed to push you forward.
