We know that there are many training options out there. Other places say that they have a plan or a method, but do they? At Urban Athletic Club, we actually have a plan, and we’re sharing it with you.
Two years ago, we started sharing our annual plan. It’s our road map for the entire year — from Global Assessments and Monthly Themes to Holiday-themed Workouts. We also introduce new developments, like this year’s Mini-Courses and RPE Training.
