πŸ… In total, we witnessed an astonishing 223 Personal Records set in March, including:

  • 23 Deadlift PRs πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ
  • 17 Bench Press PRs πŸ’ͺ
  • 17 Front Squat PRs πŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈ
