Level Method Assessments

All new members at Urban Athletic Club begin with 1-on-1 training with one of our Onboarding Coaches, where you will go through 15 assessments to determine an overall fitness level.

The 15 categories are comprised of:

  • Front Squat
  • Upper Body Pull
  • Lactic Tolerance
  • Deadlift
  • Upper Body Push
  • Upper/Lower Endurance
  • Weightlifting (Olympic Lifting)
  • Rings
  • Squat Endurance
  • Neuro & Core Endurance
  • Kettlebell
  • Flexibility
  • Running
  • Rowing
  • Aerobic Power Intervals 

Your Coach will systematically take you through the testing in a pre-determined order to get an overall level. This level will help you determine how to customize each workout to your individual strengths and weaknesses while also creating a linear path to progress over time.
