At UAC, we believe in a structured, personalized approach to fitness. Instead of jumping straight into a class, we take the time to understand where you are in your journey and help you choose the best path—group training, personal coaching, open gym, nutrition, or a specialty program.
New members undergo our assessment process based on the Level Method, ensuring they train at the right level for their fitness and experience.

• Which UAC training option fits you best
• How our programs work

Start with a Trial
We offer a trial period to help you experience UAC before committing to a full membership.
If you decide to continue, your trial fee is credited toward your membership.
Options include:
🏋️ Group Training Trial – $42 for 3 Classes
🏃🏽♀️➡️ Open Gym — $20 for 3 days
💪 Personal Training Intro – An in-person consultation with a coach to map out your best training path.
Your Assessment Process
Once you begin, all new members go through an assessment using the Level Method, which helps us determine:
✅ The best training intensity for you
✅ Where you are in your fitness journey
✅ How to progress safely and efficiently
This ensures you're training at the right level from day one.
Seamlessly Transition to Membership
Once your trial is complete, you’ll have a clear understanding of the best training option for you. Your trial fee is credited toward your first month when you join.
