November’s Abbreviated Schedule, Testing Week, and Exciting Announcements!

Hey Athletes!

We’re midway through November, and it’s time for some exciting updates, schedule changes, and plans to look forward to!

Next Week’s Schedule Adjustments

Sunday—9:30 am w/Coach JebTake advantage of Open Gym hours to stay consistent with your training!

  • Wednesday
    • No noon or evening classes.
    • The last class will be at 7 AM. The gym will be open for Open Gym the rest of the day.
  • Thanksgiving—9:30 am w/Coach Mike
  • Black Friday—9:30 am w/Coach Jeb
  • Saturday—9:00 am w/Coach Mike
  • Sunday—9:30 am w/Coach Jeb

Bring a Friend—All Week Long!

We’re opening our doors to friends and family all week long! Members are welcome to bring as many guests as they want to any class or Open Gym session. QR codes for classes and Open Gym access are located:

Bringing a guest is an excellent opportunity to share the UAC experience and introduce your loved ones to our amazing community!

It’s Testing Week!

Monday and Tuesday are Testing Days, during which we’ll assess Upper Body Pull, Neurological & Core, and Rings. We understand many of you may be traveling, but don’t worry—we’ll test these again in January as part of our Global Assessment Month. Stay focused where you can, and let’s aim to finish the year strong!

Save the Date: Holiday Party on December 7

We’re planning a holiday party to celebrate the season! Join us for:

  • Date: Saturday, December 7
  • Time: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
  • Location: UAC

Let’s bond over drinks, great food, and good company! We’re aiming for a potluck-style event, so bring your favorite dish if you can. We’ll also need a few volunteers for setup and cleanup—let us know if you’re available to help.

Programming Update: Specialty Programs Paused Until January

We’re pausing our Weightlifting Club and Run Club until January.

Starting in January, we’ll launch six-week hyper-focused programs, including:

Our regular classes will continue as usual, but these specialty programs are designed to take your fitness to the next level.
