DC Barbell Club

Are you ready to learn, improve, or challenge your skills in the weightroom?

DC Barbell Club is for those athletes looking to learn, improve and compete in Olympic weightlifting. In addition to the Clean & Jerk and Snatch, we will squat, deadlift, and perform all movements in between. Each lifter will receive a personal program in addition to a strength program.

Our club is an official USAW Barbell Club and is coached by Nico Suarez, our in-house Olympic lifting coach. Classes meet weekly. Barbell Club is an ideal way to learn proper form, get expert coaching, and progress as a lifter.
