🗓️ Monday (4/10): Kick off the week with a 16-minute AMRAP of Abmat Sit-ups, Box Jumps, and Dumbbell Goblet Squats. Let’s strengthen those cores and legs! 💥
🗓️ Tuesday (4/11): Time for Cleans (all levels) and Snatches (Brown/Black/Red levels)! Don’t forget the fun WOD featuring KB Swings or Snatches paired with burpees over the bar. Let’s get those heart rates up! ❤️
🗓️ Wednesday (4/12): Mid-week grind with 4 sets of Thrusters and Air bike 🚴♂️. Accessory work focuses on shoulders and hips for that extra stability and mobility.
🗓️ Thursday (4/13): Pull-up power! Work on your pull-up skills and tackle a WOD with Pull-ups, KB swings, and front rack carries. 💪
🗓️ Friday (4/14): Finish strong with Front Squats and Push Presses, followed by a challenging Lunge and Row WOD. 🚣♂️
🗓️ Saturday (4/15): Weekend warriors, we’ve got a 21-minute AMRAP with cleans, double-unders, and air bike! 🎉
